Why do I keep hearing people use Louis CK's jokes?

Mitch Fatel tells a joke about chicks having tongue studs and Dane Cook tell the joke about someone being hit by a car. I think they're both funnier then Louis CK but I think these are his jokes. Am I wrong? Who told the jokes first?
