Can I appeal the ruling in a police report of who was at fault in an auto accident?

you probably have to go to court over this, i would get a lawyer because if you are found at fault then you pay for the damage of the car you hit! The cops are going to get you for failure to maintain control which is a reckless driving charge, regardless of someone being in your lane you swerved to miss an accident but that move resulted in an accident. thats what they go by.. Also the driver who rear ended you should have been charged with following to closely.. this is legal junk i strongly recommend you seek a lawyer
