Who's In Favor of A NEW YAHOO ANSWERS???

A New Yahoo Answers where only intelligent and thoughtful people can ask and answer. There's nothing wrong with disagreement and discussion- in fact they are good things. But there are way, way, way too ranting and raving and pointless, senseless, thoughtless answers on here and they far outweigh the productive and intelligent answers. I don't know how it could be done, maybe having to take a test or something, but another Yahoo Answers would be nice. What do you guys think?
