Can saline bath really cause hallucinations? (or anything like that)?

so not true....its only salt water.saline does not contain enough salt to cause the " floating " experience you refer to. now the dead sea is another story...there is so much salt in the dead sea that you absolutely will float but no hallucinations as far as i know. never in my life have i heard of such a thing and i just watched a program not long ago about the dead sea....
