What a mess. But you cant change other people and how they behave. Back off and file for child support payments for your daughter from her Dad because the child's needs come first. Never talk bad about the child's father around the child because she will be a victim of your problems. Stay away from him and his" mess of a girlfriend", as much as possible ,only discussing your daughter when he comes to visit her. You know that this is what you must do. Stay strong. If he wants to come back to you he will,but you must step back(hard to do) and let the dice fall where it may.
