Does anyone believe Richard Hoagland's insane theories?

I do believe in Roswell and Area 51 but I don't believe in Mason and Catholic church conspiracies and the military space shuttle. But civilizations on other planets in our own solar system andt the Challenger disasterswas caused by a Europan laser. Why on Earth would anyone believe in this?
