Why dont my car start!!!!?

i have this 93 talon tsi and i replaced the starter and it still clicks,i also put brand new battery in it and still wont start.(just clicks).the motor was rebuilt so i dont see why the motor dont turn..i think the solenoids good too!.hit me back
