Dessert from a spanish speaking country?

i need this for my spanish cl. it can be from any spanish speaking country like Guatemala, Spain, Peru, etc. it doesnt have to be large enough for the whole cl but a lot of people will be sampling it soo it has to be kind of big. and easy to make because im not the best cook. and it has to be yummy! it would also be nice if you gave me a recipe..
