Can someone tell me what comes with your WIC food package???

First of all before I hear judgement, I am 26 and married to a 31 year old. We tried 4 1/2 years to get pregnant. We both work full-time jobs but unfortuneately my job isn't stable right now. I have a home daycare licensed through DHR and I just lost 2 kids this year already when I found out I was pregnant. Anyway so since our income has dropped we need extra help right now with groceries so I am looking into WIC. I did get on Medicaid (after trying 5 times) to help with medical bills since our insurance only covers 80% of the hospital bill. Anyway so I should qualify for WIC but I was wondering what comes with the food package. I would appreciate anyone who could help. And I do chose best answers within a few days so the more specific the better chance of getting chosen. Thanks!
