Does physical inactivity cause all these problems?

Yes... it doesnt matter if you are not a trying to lose weight, but everybody needs to move. Our body needs it to be in good conditions. Yoga can help... a lot. Walking, jogging, aerobics... anything can help, but you gotta do something fast. If not those problems will be worse and you will not be able to undo the damage.
