I am a Nepalese, I want to work aboard but i like to approach an employer first to fit my skill. Help!!?

Dear All, I am a Nepalese citizen, have completed my MA in Economics specializing Ag. Eco. in good first division from Tribhuwan university, Nepal. I want to work aboard , not for a good sum of money , but for experience. I want to approach a potential employer first. I have computer skills also in MS - Office, different Accounting applications, VB programming and some database concepts also in SQL.
