I would like to ask about clone card mtg?

Hi all! There's a specific question i'd like to ask about Clone. Let's say that Clone becomes the copy of Chronozoa at the time that Chronozoa has only one time counter left....does tha mean that Clone has also one time counter left too or three like Chronozoa at the beggining? Thank you!
