Most shocking death in Harry Potter?

In your opinion, what was the most shocking death in the series. I would have to say mine is a close contest between Cedric, Dumbledore and Fred, all of which reduced me to tears (I'm not a teary person. I've never ever cried while watching a film or reading a book)
