My baby is 5 weeks old and he is been fussy. the doctor dignoised him (colic)?

Does anyone know what should i give him and how can i make him calm? by the way i tried Gripe water but it doesn't work with him at all. also i tried to give him zantac (acid relief ) but it doen't work too.
