My wife has moved out of the marital home. Does she still have to pay half of the mortgage?

She still owns half the property and gets half when it is sold. But you are the only one living there, so you pay the mortgage, utilities, property taxes, etc, as they come due until the house is sold, the property settlement agreed, and the divorce you filed for is finalized in court.
