This boi is weird and stuff plz help?

ok so im in 6th grade and this boy i know in 7th grade reallly reeallly likes me. hes my bros gf's brother. im 11 hes 13. i do not like him...that much (hes ok). Hes ugly, very ugly, even SMUGLEY, but very sensitive and nice.well, my friend was talking to him and blah...he said he was gonna kiss me on the next teen scene!! i really really do NOT want that. ewwww please help i duno what to do.
