Found a green chunk in oscar mayer deli fresh turkey lunch meat. What should I do?

I found a couple green chunks embedded in part of the lunch meat, right on top as soon as you open the lid. I kind of examined it, and it looks like pieces of wood, not very big, probably about the size of an almond altogether. Maybe could of came from a wooden skid they had used in the factory. Its wierd cause its a really dark green. Just wanting to know if I could get some freebies or maybe money from the company, or even a lawsuit or something. My buddy found a rat turd melted into the plastic on a pepsi two liter and received coupons for ten free 2 liters. I actually work in a food factory as a maintenance man, so I know how the food industry works. If it is wood, it could contain some bad stuff i.e. salmonella
