Would Costco hire a female as a maintenance istant?

If you have maintenance experience in.....electrical, mechanical, hvac, plumbing, facilities and grounds.........I would hire you .............but ..............you don't.............being a female doesn't make a difference in my world........the ability to do the job does...........you don't have the ability to do the job...........sorry..........
