I'm not sure if you have anxiety or any other mental disorder and I'm NOT saying you do but I often feel that way. It is just stress and anxiety. I use grounding techniques to pull me out of it. I stomp my feet and imagine then being planted in the ground. I tell myself what I feel against my body (my shirt, pants, hair, ect.) and if its really bad I hold ice in my hands untill it melts.
