Help me! I don't know what to do!?

OK, I've been doing dance since i was 2. But I just recently started a new type of dance Scottish Highland. You compete and stuff. Well I like it when I go to cles and go to competitions, but I am supposed to practice everyday. I like to practice, but I get so frustrated when I have to practice by myself at home. Because I don't know what to do, and I've asked my teachers and they say different stuff to practice but it doesn't help. When I practice by myself I don't know if I'm doing it right, and doing it over and over doesn't help because I might be doing it wrong. It's hard to watch myself and concentrate on doing it. I get really really frustrated and I don't know if I should quit. I always want to quit and hate practicing at home, but at cles I love it and want to keep doing it. What should I do? Because this is just building more stress for me!!! Please help! I have a full mirror, and large dance floor, and every essential I need. And my mom can't help me. She doesn't know.

Did I handle this all wrong-guy tells me he lives with his ex?

I've been seeing a guy that I really started to like; it felt to me mutual. He text during day, come over to my house. It was short lived and moved quickly and I slept with him after which I ended it. So I tried to re-direct him and shortly after we ended up in bed whereby I believe he made a reference to her saying he liked my eyes and started to go on about liking woman with my kind of eyes and I told him I knew what he was thinking, and he kinda smiled and stopped talking. That night I left him a really bad voice message telling him that he's a cheater or a person incapable of mutual respect and kindness because he feels unworthy. I told him after everything he told me, I don't want a man who lives with a woman who uses and takes advantage of him that he must be some sort of sadistic to move back in with her. Apparently from what I got, this must be an on again off again; their oldest is 11 years old. He kept telling me he wanted it to work with me all along. Problem is is miss him terrible now; what I said was inappropriate and embarring because I attacked his psyche. I did text him the reference to her before that call and told him I had feelings too and it hurt. He never replied except to text 2 hours later good night. That's when I left the message. From what I read, I guess it can be ok to live with an ex and the kids. I am upset about my communication skills and how I totally isolated any further relationship. He just kept insisting he's there for the kids and when I told him it would be better they didn't see the example of them fighting, he said it gets worse when he doesn't live there because she lives anywhere with them. I'm upset because maybe I should've just enjoyed it and saw what happened. I really miss him and he's not returning my text messages, so I stopped trying.

My fridge and freezer stink? Help please read?

So I had some east Indian food about 3 weeks ago and it really made my fridge reek. So I took everything out and cleaned it with baking soda and warm water. Then I left an open box of baking soda in there. It helped for a couple days.. About a week later my fridge started reeking again and I didn't know what it was. There wasn't any rotten vegetables or foods that could have caused the stench. Even my water jug water tasted like a dead body. JK I was really sick for a couple weeks so I finally got to cleaning it today and It was so rank. The smell that is. I used bleach first then baking soda and warm water. I took everything out and wiped everything down even the condiments, and I washed and ziploced my veggies. So my fridge smells neutral now. But now my freezers stinks as well, there was a mild stench but now it seems like it is amplified or something. So I did the same as as I did with the fridge. The freezer was soo bad I actually puked ( I am 30 weeks prego so I have sensitive sent I guess) Anyways it is clean but there still is a smell, mind you it is way less than it was before. Now this is what boggles my mind. I just moved in this place June and it was a used fridge the landlords put in. A very clean, and looks pretty modern and gently used. The fridge didn't smell until that food I had. But even after I cleaned my fridge the first time the smell came back. My fridge wasn't even dirty.. Please help, I don't want the smell to come back and my freezer still smells. What do I do, could it be the fridge?

Need opinions about fence vs. furnace...?

My husband and I are planning on buying either a fence or a furnace and hot water tank with our tax refund this year. He wants the fence becuase he thinks that when we sell the house, people are going to want a fenced in yard and to know where our property line is. I would like a fence just to keep the dog in (he said no to the invisible fence) but don't think a fence will look good with our house, especially with all of the neighbors other fences around. He wants the new hot water tank and furnace to bring some of our bills down a bit, but doesn't think we need them as badly as the fence. I think that someone would take an open yard and new furnace and hot water tank over a fenced in yard and 15 yr old appliances any day. I guess my question is which will help the resale value more? A fence or new hot water tank and furnace? (Keep in mind we aren't planning on moving for at least 4 more years as well). Thank you!!

I can't stop thinking about my supervisor. what can I do?

We work as contact security officers. Him being my captain/ boss/ supervisor. But since we are security officers we don't see each other very often because we work at different locations. Im 5ft7 and my typical weight is around 135lbs. For some reason I have gained up to 149lbs just since july of 2008. for a dragon deck, you should add mountain, it increases the atk power of dragons. also i think you should add blue eyes. there are lots of great comboes to get a blue eyes out on the field. for example you could use kaibaman (an awsome card). it lets you sac it to special summon a blue eyes. also you could use sonic bird, white dragon ritual, and paladin of white dragon. use sonic bird to get the ritual magic card, then activate it and sac sonic bird (paladin is only 4 stars) and then use paladins effect and sac it to special summon a blue eyes!

I'm not sure if you have anxiety or any other mental disorder and I'm NOT saying you do but I often feel that way. It is just stress and anxiety. I use grounding techniques to pull me out of it. I stomp my feet and imagine then being planted in the ground. I tell myself what I feel against my body (my shirt, pants, hair, ect.) and if its really bad I hold ice in my hands untill it melts. ok so on monday i turned 16 and got my drivers license. so far ive been in 2 accidents (one wasn't my fault though - the guy stopped suddenly right in front of me at a stop sign while i was writing a text), well its kind of 3 accidents because there was one other but it didnt look like much damage so i just drove off... and another time i pulled out in front of a car and it swerved to avoid hitting me and ended up hitting another car but since i wasnt actually in the accident i decided it was best to just keep going and let everyone live their lives. ok, so im not the best driver, lol, but now my dad is saying that he is not buying any more new cars after this one, or paying for repairs, which means that if i get into another accident then ill be stuck driving the stupid minivan! Curtains ideas for a 23 yr old guy?

my boyfriend just bought his new house and he and i know almost nothing about decorating it and he cares just about as much. however, he needs curtain for an arched window in the living room and knows he needs privacy since theyre pretty big and open. (they have a loop tab top or something like that) We went to walmart and got some cheap black curtains that loop at the top and he got a cheap tension rod to hold them. the tension rod is hideous and when you add the curtains (that look kinda like plastic black material hanging from a metal stick. he wants them to start at the straight part and keep the arch part open; he does not like or want blinds. we both agreed it looks really bad esp that he rested teh tension rod on top of the sill and let them hang down but they didnt reach the floor. he is probably going to take them back but i am still at a loss on what to tell him to get knowing nothing about them anyways. he is a guy who wants to buy the most expensive cable package for his new house-not spend a bunch of money on curtains. i thought they probably need to reach the floor or hit the ledge which comes about a foot and a half off the ground. (the ledge also protrudes making the curtains bulge when they are pulled together). we either need a easy way to fix these or a suggestion of what to buy instead that doesnt require much put together or money. a diff color scheme might also help (he's a guy though and doesnt really want anything bright or fru fruy. his sofas are hunter green and the rest of the room is white. does anyone know of any low maintenance curtain ideas?

Basically,just before xmas last year i went to collect my 4yr old son from nursery school.When i arrived i was told by one of the workers there that he had a accident and had a small cut on his head,when i actually went into the room where he was,he was sat in a chair looking dazed and had blood running down his face coming from a gash on his forehead.None of the workers knew how he had done it all they could tell me was that my son had gone up to a member of staff and said that he had slipped and hit his head on a rock.The gash was pretty deep but yet all they had done was wiped it with a wet cloth,i was not offered a lift to the hospital or doctors either all they said was that i may need to take him to the doctors and get it stitched! I had to carry him home as he was too dizzy to walk and then took him to hospital to have it glued.I have started legal proceedings against them but have been told that its not actually the nursery i am taking on it is the local council.What do u think my chances are of being successful against them?

Did I have an outer-body experience and did I go somewhere?

It happened this morning at my friend's house and I was sleeping on my back on her couch. I was by myself and I had woken up before it happened and then it sort of felt like I was drifting off into a dream. I got that feeling of oblivion to where you are physically (that's why I thought it was a dream) and I was at this place, I don't know where. It looked like I was going down a sidewalk in a nice neighborhood and all I wanted to look at was this huge tree. It was one of those cherry-blossom trees with the pink flowers and it was so beautiful. I had a feeling of peacefulness and everything was so vibrant and bright. I felt like I was floating and this whole thing lasted for about three seconds until I was abruptly 'pulled back' to my body. I woke up but I couldn't move for what seemed like for a long time but was probably a second or two. I was finally able to open my eyes and at first it didn't scare me so I just tried to go back to sleep. I didn't go back to that 'dream' but I started to get a feeling that I was rising out of my body and I felt detached to it. I could move my hands but I knew I wasn't moving them physically, but I could still feel myself moving them. I had a little sensation of vibrating, and this next part scared me the most. I heard what sounded like two or three men talking really fast. I couldn't tell what they were saying but I could tell they were speaking english. Were they 'ghosts' or was it just my imagination? Anyway, this happened and I made myself come back but I had the paralyzed feeling again. I tried going back to sleep again after that and it happened a third time, each time feeling like I was suddenly pulled back. After that I rolled over because I felt that if I did, I wouldn't float away again. Obviously I was right because it didn't happen again. I've been thinking about it all day because it really scared me, especially the part with the voices. I've had these sensations many times before but never when I've been so consciously aware. I've always been falling asleep or already asleep and wake up because I felt like I was suddenly falling. I've heard you can travel outside your body but I've never experienced it until maybe now. I often have events where I'll be doing something and I'll suddenly feel like I'm in a movie and I'm in someone else's body, although its mine, but I don't recognize it. Is this another kind of outer-body experience? Is any of this considered an outer body experience or am I imagining things or am I just mentally ill? Can anything bad happen when this happens? Is there any reason for me to be scared? Please help me, this has left me feeling very uneasy.

Shows how little stats mean this early. We all know that all of these guys will have much better seasons than they show right now. This trade has to have much to do with your roster and the holes in it. If it fills your needs, it's a good trade. While she is right about pitchers only playing once in 5 or so days, they also represent 20% of pitching category points. That is a high percentage. Don't take it lightly. Just do what helps your roster and don't worry about what it does for the other team. Make the trade if you need those players.

How do I get my horse like this?

I was going through this proplem recently, too. My gelding had been going behind the bit on his own, and it was a problem. It might take a while to fix and it might REALLY bug you, but it really helps. Don't ask for a head set at all. Just keep a light but constant contact on the reins and just drive your horse forward from the hind end. Your horse will really have to use her hind end, and if she's never been asked to use it before, it will definitely be new to her and she'll most likely become fatigued sooner and might be sore. If you focus on impulsion and power from the hind end and just keep a contact on the reins, then the headset will come later. :)

Ever since my husband retired, I have been working full time and have insurance under my own policy with my husband as beneficiary. I am the only spouse working. In spite of these facts, doctors and dentists will send the bill to my husband listing him as the guarantor of the account. This may not be a huge deal, but I don't open mail addressed to my husband, and he doesn't always open his mail, and it sometimes ends up in the "round file". This could end up with no one paying the bill. I am frustrated with what I see as ism in insurance billing by doctors and dentists where office personnel seem to ume the husband is the primary breadwinner and policyholder. I will call to straighten out the problem only to have the same thing happen when I go in for some new procedure and update my file (which has the same info: I am working; my husband is not; I am the policy holder, my husband is the beneficiary. hi peoples. i have a little probelem with booster packs in mtg. unlike booster packs theme decks tell you what colors are in side. on booster packs however it doesnt tell you the color or colors of that single pack. that is a probelm for me because if I was constucting lets say a green deck how would i know which packs i would need to get to complete my deck. or if i had a theme deck and wanted to expand to it and it was green how would i know which packs were green so i could expand to it

Is it smart to talk to teammates in paintball?

I know that most people would say yes, definitely talk to teammates during matches, but i'm not so sure. The other day i was playing in a trench level and me and another teammate were both hiding behind a dirt mound. We weren't sure where our opponents were, but we were positive that nobody knew that we were positioned behind the mound. I thought of yelling out to another teammate to find out where the opponents were, but in the end we decided to go at it sneaky and quickly ran and slid behind another mound and still nobody knew where we were. Should i be using inverted commas here?

I'm writing an essay about Prog Rock and it's my understanding that words that aren't in the dictionary, or industry terms, should be used with inverted commas (single apostrophe quotation marks). Retail landlord rented parking lot for car sale. It left 0 parking. We lost 20,000 in profit. Is this legal?

The entire parking lot was filled with cars and the place looked like a zoo. It is our busiest month of the year and no one could get into our store. I have told them how much money they cost me and demanded repayment. Can they rent out property that I have leased and pay for and leave me with no parking. Girl sounds like you are close! If I were having pains I would call the doctor because cramps are a first sign of contractions. I remember having braxton hicks contractions and sometimes they were mildly painful but no real pain. Also it sounds like you have lost your mucus plug! I lost that the day before I went into labor. Good luck momma, I would phone the doctor in the morning just to make sure!

Found a green chunk in oscar mayer deli fresh turkey lunch meat. What should I do?

I found a couple green chunks embedded in part of the lunch meat, right on top as soon as you open the lid. I kind of examined it, and it looks like pieces of wood, not very big, probably about the size of an almond altogether. Maybe could of came from a wooden skid they had used in the factory. Its wierd cause its a really dark green. Just wanting to know if I could get some freebies or maybe money from the company, or even a lawsuit or something. My buddy found a rat turd melted into the plastic on a pepsi two liter and received coupons for ten free 2 liters. Birthday party guest dilemma?

First of all, My daughter will be 3 next month. Her party is in 2 weeks. My mother in law refuses to come to the birthday party that we are throwing for our daughter at my mom's house, though she would only have to drive an hour compared to our 2 day drive. The past 2 years she has thrown her a separate party at her house. Last year she didn't have anyone else there but us. This year she invited all her snooty friends and their grandkids and great grandkids. The problem is, most of the kids she invited are much older than my daughter (all boys between 7 and 9), and I'm worried that the older kids are going to play too rough and she's going to get hurt. How can I politely tell her that even though it's her house I don't feel comfortable with her having them around my daughter? Story of me & quite frankly the girl of my dreams.?

Ok this is rather a long story but is something i need to get off my chest & more importantly need advice on. I met this girl about a year ago now during October of 2009 on an internet chat site called Mocospace. We started out as friends getting to know each other & at the time I had no phone to talk to her on so we just chatted online all the time. The more I got to know her, the more I realized I was falling in love with her. She's alluring, smart, has the most perfect personality you could find in someone. Great values for herself & actual set of morals that seems to be lacking with most women today (my list could go on & on). Well I decided to grow some about a month after getting to know her & told her I was falling in love with her. It was out of the blue & very sudden but she told me that she felt the same. We started dating & getting closer, after a while she broke up with me because she told me things were moving too fast for her & she had to take a step back pretty much to think about "us" & asked if we could be friends. I told her yes but vanished for a while because I found out she liked another guy as well & she started dating him shortly after we split up. Well I was gone for about little over a month without talking to her & when I came back I had messages from her saying Im the only reason she's stuck around & asked me to take her back. I was so dam happy to hear from her at the least missing her soo much & I told her I would. We talked about what was the problem before & sorted it out. She had moved to WV to be with her sick grammy who was dying. When she ped her pappy followed soon after & she told him about Her & I, which he said to her if you love him give him everything you got & dont hold back. She said that was the night before he ped. I was so torn up inside for acting immature to her & leaving her alone for a while like i did. I felt closer to her & even deeper in love. She vanished on me about a month after we got back together, everything was great between us if not better than before. Well come to find out her friend sent me a message saying she was in an accident while driving here to Ohio to try & see me & was in a coma. Now I had no money & no way of finding out where the hell she was being kept to at least try & use someone else's phone to call the hospital. Her friend never replied back to my questions & I was left in the dark. I fell into depression & cried my eyes out every night praying & hoping she was alright, im no dummy i know when something feels like a joke & when it does not.. This felt real & several months ped with out hearing a word from her. Finally one day I logged on & behold she was online, sent me messages saying how sorry she was about everything & asked if I would still have her. It upset me for her to even ask me such a question but I never showed to her I was upset I told her why would I not want you after all you've been through for me & I have nothing to show for to even thank you I broke down on her & told her I should have been there for you which i should have been I fell apart not knowing what the hell to do or what to say where to go. I would have walked to WV had i known where she was being kept. She said she was still in love with me & asked if i'd still ever have her. I told her I never left you Kera & that I want to spend my life with you. We got back together & here is where things get screwed up. She has known this guy online for a while as well & has liked him. We got into an argument about a week after she was back because she was ignoring me for some reason & I couldn't figure out why. I talked to her on the phone & everything was fine now she is ignoring me & it was upsetting me. So she broke up with me saying she didn't love me anymore. But still wants to be friends? How does one go through all that for someone & a week after being back leave you. Well come to find out she is with this new guy but thinks she's hiding it from me. She still calls me & talks to me but I just cannot for the life of me move on or be rude to her because of all the **** she's gone through. Yes... it doesnt matter if you are not a trying to lose weight, but everybody needs to move. Our body needs it to be in good conditions. Yoga can help... a lot. Walking, jogging, aerobics... anything can help, but you gotta do something fast. If not those problems will be worse and you will not be able to undo the damage.

Jesus gave us the correct account of creation in The Apocryphon of John which the christian church tried to destroy. It has only been discovered, interpreted, and published in the last 50 years. this one text clearly demonstrates that the early followers of Jesus had a much different faith than what is practiced by people today. According to Jesus int this text the god of creation in Genesis is satan, not God. Here then is evidence from Jesus that corroborates your claim that Jesus did not believe in the account given to us by Moses. Trying to combine the evil Hebrew god of the o.t. with the God of Jesus in the n.t. is what causes all the confusion we observe in christianity today. Good and evil never will mix. The end result is people cherry picking and misinterpreting verses out of books that were inspired by an unholy spirit.

As someone who is not that far from her teenage years, I can safely ert my opinion that when a teen is told not to do something, without a deeper education of why not, the first thing that they want to do is what they are told not to. The rules for the UC system state that you must maintain a 3.0 and have at least a C in each cl to maintain your spot. If your GPA does drop to a 2.8 you will lose your admission. You should at this point improve your grades as much as possible and if necessary contact the UCI admissions office to see if there's anything you can do. It's a harsh reality but every year there are students who get their admissions rescinded because they didn't maintain the minimum GPA.
